 I represent a national scheme called Link Visiting (www.linkvisiting.org) which is a national scheme that mobilises churches to reach out to isolated elderly people in their community. 

 Link Visiting provides practical support at all stages to help a church set up a local scheme, including all the necessary documents, policies and procedures; full training in setting up and running a befriending scheme; ongoing support and advice and up-to-date information and guidance about latest developments.
