Care Homes, Housing Schemes and Communities Date: 25th June 2015 Time: 2pm - 4:30pm Venue: St Nicholas Church Centre, Hawes Side Lane, Blackpool, FY4 5AH   Everyone understands that there is a close connection between housing conditions and a person's health and well-being. In Lancashire, Blackburn and Blackpool we have some very poor housing and improving it and building new homes  better adapted to  individual needs is an urgent priority.   That is why we have invited experts from housing associations, local government and care homes to attend our next Hearing, The event is for third sector organisations, NHS and local government staff to share ideas about what is being and needs to be done.
