Subject: Important Change to the Start Up Loan scheme

We have just been advised by the Start Up Loans Team that Start Up Loans are now available to anyone who has a business less than 3 years old. We would really appreciate  your help in getting this message out to as many businesses as possible -  we have the money to lend and we are able to turn applications around quickly.

All other Start Up Loan terms and conditions are the same, ie:

Ø  Applicants must be over 18, but there is no upper age limit

Ø  Start Up Loans available for up to £25,000 per person. In the case of partnerships or companies with more than one director, we may be able to  lend to each partner/director.

Ø  Repayment periods of up to 60 months

Ø  Interest rate 6% fixed for the term of the loan

Ø  Most business types are eligible and the loan can be for a wide range of business purposes.

The Start Up Loans package does of course include free business mentoring and access to a range of other offers.

If you know any successful business owners who are looking for finance and can't get help from their bank we would be delighted to talk to them and help them with the application process. They should e mail our Start Up Loans team SULP@lancashirecommunityfinance.co.uk or ring  Matthew Rimmer on  our Start Up Loans Team  on 01772 556877. Matthew  will be able to give  them more details and help them with the application process.

Thanks for your help with this and for your support during the year.

Very best wishes for Christmas and 2016.

Regards

Ann Byrne
