Since the announcement of the Food Poverty Eradication Act in 2002, food poverty is still very much prevalent in today's society; with an impact on living standards, quality of life and inequality. An increasing concern is that food poverty is affecting people from all walks of life including the vulnerable and those in employment
This event aims to:
· Provide a platform for all key stakeholders to work together
· Identify the key issues, challenges and concerns driving the food poverty agenda and associated factors
· Identify action to work towards alleviating food poverty in
· Agree the proposed outcomes into a partnership approach to tackle food poverty

· Representative from organisations involved in tackling poverty
· Decision makers and Elected members
· Health & Wellbeing Partnerships
· Registered Social Landlords and Benefit Agencies
